You can book anytime by phone or form, but you'll need to be home at the start of your scheduled service to sign off on the work. Payment is typically collected at the end of the project. If you can't be home, we'll arrange payment before the arrival time or reschedule.

We work around the clock. After-hours calls may take longer to answer, but with enough advance notice we can schedule commercial work any time of night. Residential work is limited by city noise-ordinance curfews.

For projects over $1,000 we collect 30% at the time of booking to reduce cancellations. You can reschedule if an emergency comes up, but we ask for 24 hours' notice to avoid a $50 cancellation fee.
