Welcome to Ultra Clean Floor Care ("Ultra Clean," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the cleaning, restoration, and related services we provide across the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. By booking a service, requesting a quote, or using this website, you agree to these Terms.
We provide floor, tile, grout, stone, carpet, upholstery, and air-duct cleaning and restoration services. Quotes and online estimates are based on the information you provide and are not final. We reserve the right to confirm or adjust pricing on-site once a technician has inspected the actual conditions, square footage, and scope of work. We will always review any price change with you for approval before beginning additional work.
Certain jobs may require a deposit to reserve your appointment; deposits are applied to your final invoice. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless other arrangements have been agreed to in writing. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout or on your invoice. Past-due balances may be subject to reasonable late fees as permitted by Texas law.
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee. Deposits for cancelled jobs may be non-refundable where work or materials have already been scheduled or committed.
Most services are backed by our 30-day reclean guarantee (entry-level Refresh cleanings carry a 10-day guarantee). If you are not satisfied with an area we cleaned, contact us within the guarantee window and we will return and re-clean that area at no charge. See our Guarantee page for details.
Cleaning and restoration outcomes depend on the age, material, prior treatment, and condition of your surfaces. While we use professional, industry-standard methods, we cannot guarantee removal of every stain, etch, or odor, and some conditions (permanent dye stains, sun fading, prior improper sealing, or pre-existing damage) may not respond fully to treatment. We will advise you of realistic expectations before work begins.
Ultra Clean is insured and bonded. Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Claims for damage must be reported within 72 hours of service completion so we can inspect and respond.
We may take before/after photos for quality control and service records. We will not publish identifiable images of your property for marketing without your consent.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in the county of our principal place of business.
