Every Ultra Clean service is backed in writing. Here are the warranties we stand behind, what each covers, and the few things that fall outside them.
If any issue arises with an area we cleaned, we come back and re-clean that area free of charge. If a protective sealer was added to that area, we re-seal the section we re-clean as well.
Entry-level Refresh cleanings (e.g. Refresh carpet cleaning) are backed for 10 days — we'll come back out to touch up the area. Note: a Refresh is not a Deep Clean. If an area really needed a Deep Clean package but the Refresh package was requested, a package upgrade is not included under this touch-up.
On grout we removed and replaced, if the new grout cracks or breaks within 6 months we come back out and fix it free of charge.
On caulking we installed, if anything happens to it within 3 months we come back out and repair it.
Color-seal grout is backed for a full year against peeling, flaking, or workmanship failure — details below.
All warranty windows start on the date of service and apply to the original customer and service address. To start a claim, call (469) 535-9331 with your service date, address, and a photo of the area.
Ultra Clean Floor Care stands behind our color-seal grout work. This warranty describes what is covered when we apply a color grout sealant to your tile and grout, and what you can expect over the life of the finish.
1-Year Color-Grout Workmanship Warranty. For one (1) year from the date of service, if the color-seal coating peels, flakes, or fails due to workmanship, we will re-apply the affected areas at no charge.
Call us at (469) 535-9331 or use our contact page within the warranty period. Please include your service date, address, and a photo of the area in question. We'll schedule an inspection and, if the issue is covered, re-apply the affected areas at no charge.
This warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original customer and service address. Color grout is applied by hand — it is a careful, time-intensive process, and slight variation in hand-applied finishes is normal and not a defect.
Our warranties cover our workmanship and materials. They do not cover new soiling, damage, or wear that happens after we leave. Common examples that are not covered:
