Program name: Ultra Clean Service Notifications

Program description: When you opt in, Ultra Clean sends SMS/text messages related to your service: appointment confirmations and reminders, technician “on my way” alerts, job completion notices, invoices and secure payment links, review requests after completed service, and occasional offers for existing customers.

How you opt in: You consent to receive text messages when you provide your mobile number while booking service — in person, over the phone with our office, or through our online booking form, which includes consent language at submission. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your service activity (typically 2–6 messages per job).

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by your mobile carrier depending on your plan.

Opt out at any time: Reply STOP to cancel and you will no longer receive messages from us. After you send STOP, we may send one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed.

Privacy: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with, or sold to, any third party. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Carriers: Carriers (e.g., AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
